This policy covers the Bristi iPhone and iPad app and its website. Contact us at grooklyapps@gmail.com about how Bristi handles personal data. We use your email, message and attachments to respond to support requests. The website code sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Its host may keep technical logs such as IP addresses and request times for security and operation.
On-device data and Supabase
Guest brushing dates, durations, goals, rewards and settings are stored on your device. If you create an account, Supabase processes your email, authentication data and sessions. When you use cloud backup, Supabase stores account-linked brushing history, profile, settings, room and reward progress. Manage reminder permissions in iOS Settings.
Sharing with friends
Friend features process your display name, invite code, connections and blocks. Depending on your settings and the feature, friends can see profile details, selected brushing summaries, shared goals and streak progress. You can change visibility, remove a connection or block an account.
Resend, RevenueCat and Apple
Supabase Auth sends password recovery codes through Resend. Resend processes the recipient address, message and delivery information. Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat processes the app user identifier, store transaction information and subscription status to verify Premium and restore purchases. Bristi does not receive payment card details.
Purposes, legal bases and transfers
We use data to provide requested features, secure accounts, respond to support and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the service, legitimate interests such as security, legal obligations or consent when required. Providers may process data outside your country. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention, deletion and rights
Retention depends on how long data is needed for the service, security, support or legal records. In-app account deletion removes your Supabase account and associated cloud data. Guest data, offline copies on other devices and Apple or RevenueCat transaction records may remain separately. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the relevant authority.
