Service and licence
These terms cover the Bristi app and website. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app obtained through the App Store unless a custom licence is provided there. Bristi helps track personal brushing habits. Timers and statistics do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Accounts and friends
Basic features are available as a guest. Provide accurate account information and protect your password and recovery codes. You must have legal capacity to register or purchase, or obtain parental or guardian permission where required. Harassment, impersonation, unauthorised access and manipulation of rewards or subscriptions are prohibited.
Premium, renewals and refunds
Review the price, billing period and any trial before confirming in the App Store. Apple processes payment and bills auto-renewable subscriptions under its store terms. Cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings to stop renewal. Request refunds through Apple. RevenueCat verifies Premium and supports purchase restoration. Deleting the app or Bristi account does not cancel a subscription.
Data and availability
Local history depends on your device. You can export or use cloud backup where supported. If copies conflict, you may need to choose which to keep. Network, device or provider outages can affect features. Access may be restricted for security, maintenance or abuse.
Changes, rights and support
Features and terms may change. We post updated terms here and give additional notice where required. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and contact grooklyapps@gmail.com about your account or the service.
